I love Thanksgiving whether I cook or not. The chill in the air (slight in California, but still here), the rustic golden hues of autumn, the spicy smell of pumpkin pie or apple or sweet potato -- the amazing aroma of sage in the stuffing, the feelings of gratitude all around. For me it's a pretty easy and enjoyable time. I have very little family and great friends and right now not a lot to cause me stress. The stresses that are here, I use Reference Point Therapy to ease into neutral.
