Happy Holidays, or Merry Christma-hana-quanzi-kah -- which pretty well includes everyone at this time of year. A friend offered me this greeting the other day and I thought it was great.
Whatever holiday you celebrate, it's a time of year for joy and upliftment - a time for giving and receiving. So I wanted to add my own gift to you, a brief guided meditation visioning and celebrating the awakening of a planet wide realization of who we are - the amazing grand beings that we are -- perfect, brilliant diamonds, shining our light and unique gifts in the world.
Imagine being on a planet in which everyone was aware of their beauty and amazing uniqueness. How different would it be?
