I was in a workshop recently and each of us received a small stone with a word on it. My word was "gratitude". The stone seemed to me a message from the universe -- a watch word if you will. "Look around you and see all that you can be grateful for."
There is so much in my life that I'm grateful for -- wonderful friends, a great place to live, a car I love and enjoy, great food, a life that has me continually learning and growing, people around me that inspire me and sometimes "kick my butt." There are many things present now in my life that were not present 2 years or so ago. I feel as if I am a totally different person, more present, more loving, more self-motivated (as opposed to being motivated by fear or anger), happier even when life has its ups and downs (as it always does).
Please receive my gratitude, my thanks to you for being in my life. I appreciate you and appreciate what you have brought to me.
One of those gifts from the universe for which I feel tremendously grateful is Reference Point Therapy. It has changed my life and given me a tool to handle the ups and downs that the tumultuous energy of the times seems to generate on a continuing basis. I use it on myself all the time.
What do I use it for?
I use it when:
- I'm angry or feeling treated unfairly
- I just can't get something out of my mind (better known as obsessive behavior)
- fear is keeping me from moving forward
- relationships (family, friends, or romantic) are trigger fiery or depressed emotions
- the holidays trigger feelings of being lonely or abandoned
- somethings out of balance in my life
- my internal critic is outdoing her self with advice, judgements and general nagging
- there's something I'm afraid of
- I'm procrastinating
- I'm stalling
- an old trauma from childhood or before surfaces (I've used it on clients for PTSD)
These are just a few of the ways I use reference point therapy. And since I know that it's made major changes in my life and in the lives of my clients, I wanted you to have a chance to experience it for the first time, or have it in your life in an ongoing basis.
So, in keeps with all the Thanksgiving Black Friday sales, I'm having one too. Here's my Thanksgiving Black Friday Specials.
For First Timers: My normal 1-hr appointment is $125.00. If you want to try out an hour, through the weekend (thru November 27) 1-hr (60-70 min.) will be $97.00. (Save $28.00)
Buy it now, you can schedule at your convenience.
Often major issues take more than one appointment. Many times in life things come up that trigger us. For me I've found that while I've cleared a lot of the major issues, from time to time there are still things that trigger me. Relationships, health, lack of support etc. In keeping with Black Friday, I'm offering you the opportunity to get 5 1-hr. sessions for .... wait for it....
$400.00. This will be good only Thru Friday, November 25, midnight. This is a savings of $45.00 on every 1-hr. appointment. (NOTE: if a single appointment goes 2 hours, then I deduct 2 sessions. This is not refundable, but it is transferable - meaning you can give a session to someone else. ) I won't be offering this again this year, so if it's something you want, take advantage of it now. I'm limiting the number of these packages you can buy to 3. That breaks down to a session a month over the next year at this phenomenal price.
